How To Do A Good Job at Anything You Do

Doing well at your works, do a good job and finishing work in top quality is anyone goals to begin with. But, how can we do it persistently? Because since doing and maintaining a good job was always challenging no matter how great you are and  what industry you in. Pretty soon you would become tired and worn out right. At the end of the day, we are just human being who going to need a rest.

However, today is going to be a good day, since i will explain to all of you the reason for someone to do a good job at anything that they do. In other words, what is the reason for doing well in life, job or even businesses?

Three Reason to do a Good Job.

1. Personal reason.

Frankly speaking, this is your reason to fight for yourself. Meaning that what is the core value in you that have been fighting for. It can come in a lot of ways. For instance, if you a somewhat a religious person such as a priest and working for your religion by any chance, their reason to do a good job would be to fight on behalf of their GOD. In returns, they will get a satisfaction that nobody can give after they did a good job.

But, if you are a dreamers like most of the richest and ultra successful people, you would be fighting for your dreams. And your dreams would be so big until even your subconscious believes it. Also, your personal reason could be somewhat your passion or hobbies which you turns into goals. Doing something that you love and passionate about is a good start to do a good job.

2. Family reason.

This is a reason to fight for your family. For example, there is a lot of highly successful people who are fighting for their dreams just because they want to make sure their family live a happy life. One of them that i know is Tony Robbins. Tony would said in his books called MONEY Master the Game: 7 Simple Steps to Financial Freedom , that he wants to buy a beautiful house besides a beach for his mother which he could not afford. Why? Because his mother had work so hard to feed his family after their father left them. Her sacrifices embedded so deep in Tony subconscious minds.

As a man, Tony felt that his reason to fight for his mother/family is so strong until he started to become a millionaire at the age of 20 years old. Then, one day he brings his mother to a house beside a beach like her mother always dream on and ask her “do you like it mom?“. “Of course” his mother answer with straight forwardly. After that, Tony would said “it’s yours mom” while giving her the keys of that exact house. Her mother was so surprised by his action.

3. Nitty gritty moments.

Meaning that any moments or situations that happens in your life that will become the fuel for your dreams or a life changing experience for short. Let me give you an example about me. One day I was riding my bike, back to my home from the Mosque or Masjid and then someone from the other side of the road was waving his hand at me like he was asking for help.

And then i immediately slow down my bike and then he came to me. First he introduce himself where his from but not his name. You want to know where his from? Take a guess. The answer would be he was the jails. He was just released by the authority i guessed. I was like damn. Then he also said that he need money to buy a bus ticket to go back to his hometown in Kelantan and he don’t even know where was ( he was in Selangor,Malaysia).

Fortunately, since i was always am a generous guy especially when someone asking for it i am more than willing to give it to him. But the big problem is i don’t have the money. Whether inside my bank or in my wallet. I was broke. When i said it to him that i don’t have the money, he look so devastated and then he walks away from me. Before this, he had waving  his hands like crazy and asked a lot of people to stop at the side of the road just to ask for the money. But, the only one who stopped for him don’t even have the money. How sad he must be. I cannot even imagine that.

Additionally, it also took a toll on me. I felt so frustrated when i cannot help someone who was really needing it. He wants to go back to his hometown so bad. After i proceed my ride back to my home, i touch my heart and closed my eyes and said “I don’t want to live like this anymore“. I would make this moments which for not having the money to help someone my  last one in my life. I promised to myself.

Other than that, one of the powerful nitty gritty moments would be from Jim Rohn. You can watch and listen to it at the video provided below.

The bottom line is that you going to need to find your reason to fight if you want to do a good job at anything that you do. The hardest part is to maintaining the good job and there is when your reason to fight become very handful. It reminds you why did you started in the first place. It reminds you the responsibility that you have to take.It reminds you the moments that change your life forever. Feeling motivates enough is not good enough. Your willpower to fight is much more important. Like an old saying said, if you need motivation, don’t do it.
