Just by saying you are an entrepreneur, some people may respect you a lot like you own a million dollar business but did you really have one to earn that respect? Well, probably you don’t. The same goes for me. However, that does not mean we cannot build a million dollar business machine. We can actually.

One thing I learned in life is that if we want it so bad, they will always be a way.

Gary Vaynerchuk said it best, it is because only 1 or 2% of the readers will execute and take action from the knowledge they learned.

I learn this after reading Give and Take: Why Helping Others Drives Our Success by Adam Grant. A great read about how to use the power of giving to skyrocket your success. Through this book, I learned that they are three types of person, a giver, a taker and a matcher.

A Taker uses other people solely for their own gain, a Giver will be focusing on acting in the interests of others, even when the benefits to others exceed the cost to themselves while a matcher was operating on the principle of fairness by seeking reciprocity.

And the best way to drive to our success is by helping other. In other words, by becoming a giver. In fact according to Craig Handley, founder, and CEO of ListenTrust, by becoming a giver, it will make you become a thought leader especially if you are honest in providing knowledge and helping your customer.

One of the best ways to do it is by providing an extraordinary result to your customer, joining a speaking session or create a great content.

Know your numbers.

Which means to acknowledge the money flow in and out of your company. Moreover, this is an important trait if you wanted to grow your business because by becoming aware of your business financial it is a must for any entrepreneurs. A good accountant can very well solve this problem easily and this is why hiring the right people is as much as important for your company.


Hire the right people.

An intelligent and talented person does not mean it is a good hiring. For example, if the guy only knows how to a great job that is still not good enough. Why? Because you are going to need a problem-solving guy. Yes, a guy can solve any other upcoming problem and guys who can work under pressure which school rarely taught. Consider this trait while hiring.


Acknowledge Problem as an Opportunity.

Because they know, where there is a huge risk there will be are huge profits. And also because most breakthrough comes after breakdown. Therefore, trust failure is your road to success and believe in yourself that reaching your lowest point of life can catapult your way to success.Which means nothing can stop them. They just going to keep on working until they found an opportunity.

If you can do like them too, then your only way is to move forward even if a major catastrophe occur. You would move the mountain if you have to. Nothing will stop from become a successful entrepreneur.

Whatever happen don’t panic. Instead, be resourceful, be flexible and clever in handling your problem. Learn from your mistake and course correcting along the way. Remember, this is a journey and life won’t be as easy as you think. We are not looking for an easy win.

Expecting failure to occur, keep on working and never quit is the only there is. Additionally, there will always be a way to solve your problem. You just have to find it.
